Terms and Conditions – Most Deserving Dog Contest The opening date for entries is 00:00:01am (BST) on 07 February 2025. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59:59pm (BST) on 02 May 2025. Entries received after this time will not be accepted. All Submission to this contest must be completed via email ( claire@tailsonthetrails.co.uk ) The most deserving rescue dog contest is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. The contest entries will be judged by a panel of four judges (judges will be announced in March 2025). The Winner will be notified by email or phone (using details provided at entry). By entering the Contest, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Cotswold Pet Photography or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition (including, but not limited to, Tails on the Trails and LCA Pet Supplies). Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the contest which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media. You agree that your personal data may be used for this purpose. Acknowledgement that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or facebook. The contest is open only to residents of the United Kingdon . One (1) winner will be chosen from all entrants and the winner must be willing to travel to our Chipping Norton Photography Studio. No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition. Instagram or Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition. The Promoter will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Prizes are non - negotiable, non - transferable and non - refundable. No cash alternative is available.
